Meet the Leadership of Cedar Marketing
Sarah Sliman
Sarah Sliman leads Cedar Marketing’s BDC operations, overseeing a team of roughly 25 BDC representatives and managing the systems behind how leads are handled, followed up with, and converted into real appointments. She specializes in lead conversion, training, scripting, and developing the messaging cadence that drives Cedar’s results for dealerships. Sarah originally studied mathematics in college with plans of becoming a teacher, and that background shows in the way she trains and develops the BDC team — focusing on clear communication, structure, and consistent follow-up.

Frances Serpentini
Frances Serpentini oversees HR, finances, and internal operations at Cedar Marketing, playing a key role in the company’s growth and success. With over 15 years of experience working directly with automotive dealerships, she is both a highly organized operational leader and a proven, top-performing sales professional, and continues to sell directly to dealership partners.
Her career has been built on developing strong relationships and turning them into long-term partnerships that drive results. This relationship-first approach was instrumental in the foundation and growth of Cedar Marketing.
Today, Frances manages financial oversight and internal systems while continuing to support dealership partners with a consistent, results-driven approach. Her background in automotive marketing adds valuable expertise in campaign execution and operational detail.

Alyson Sliman
Alyson Sliman is one of the three sisters behind Cedar Marketing and leads the company’s day-to-day operations, dealer relationships, and sales strategy. She has spent the last 10 years in the automotive industry and works directly with nearly 100 dealerships across the country. Alyson approaches every store the same way she would a friend’s business — looking out for their best interests and helping them build consistent showroom traffic. Interestingly, her path to automotive marketing started in a completely different place: she originally majored in biology with a minor in Spanish and planned to go to medical school before finding her way into the car business.
